ASA Travel Permits Policy Guidelines
Travel Sanction Process:
Guidelines:
· Travel Permits are required for all Tournaments, Exhibition Games and Training Outside of your District
· ASA only receives Travel Permits for travel outside of Alberta
· District Associations, the Alberta Soccer Association, and the Canadian Soccer Association will only approve travel to sanctioned tournaments, training and exhibition games
Travel to Sanctioned Tournaments outside Alberta:
· Complete ASA Travel Permit
· Submit completed permit to district for signature
· The District Association will submit the permit to ASA for approval
· ASA will return all approved travel permits to the District Association
Travel to Sanctioned Tournaments inside the United States:
· Complete ASA Travel Permit, ASA Travel Permit Summary, and Roster
· Birthdates are required for all players and coaches listed on the official roster
· Submit all completed forms to district for signature
· Submit payment of $100.00 Administration Fee as well as $1.50 per person per day for all coaches and players to district association. Taxes apply to all coaches and players over the age of 14 on the date of departure
· All completed travel forms and payment must be made at least 30 days prior to departure
· The Alberta Soccer Association will not process international travel permits without payment
· Approved travel permits will be returned to the District Association

· Complete ASA Travel Permit, ASA Travel Permit Summary, and Roster
